The autonomous region of Madeira is an exceptional tourist destination for the practice of
incentive tourism and business, although it is not currently exploited. The development of
this segment is proposed through the Outdoor Training methodology focused on business
executives from some of the regions of Macarronesia (Azores and Madeira). The key points of
social and emotional competences are studied, networking and business synergies are
created between them, which has as a consequence that they become promoters of the
Madeira brand as a destination for the incentive tourism segment.
